Since 2021, I have served as Premier’s trusted design leadership partner, helping to establish scalable design systems, modernize their public and internal digital presence, and build infrastructure that enables both product development and marketing teams to operate with clarity and consistency. Working directly with the VP of Brand & Experience and cross-functional leaders, we have delivered a wide range of solutions that continue to support Premier’s growth across multiple business units, platforms, and audiences. My role is not only to execute but to lead, embed, and create systems that allow Premier’s teams to scale confidently. Through years of close collaboration, we have built a design and development foundation that empowers Premier to deliver modern, brand-consistent experiences across its entire enterprise portfolio.
