The conference has featured an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, including Malcolm Gladwell, Michael Phelps, Deepak Chopra, and other high-profile thought leaders, reflecting the event’s scale and industry influence. My partnership with Premier began in 2021 when the COVID-19 pandemic forced a complete reimagining of the conference experience. We designed and developed a fully virtual conference platform that allowed Premier to maintain meaningful engagement despite the inability to gather in person. This solution earned industry recognition, receiving a Digital Health Award for its innovation and execution. What began as an urgent digital solution evolved into a long-term embedded partnership, where we now serve as an extension of Premier’s internal teams across design, development, and conference operations. Over five consecutive years, we have continued to build, maintain, and evolve the Breakthroughs conference platform. Our work has allowed Premier to create a scalable, self-sustaining digital and event infrastructure that supports both physical and virtual experiences. By developing modular systems and empowering internal teams, we have helped Premier reduce vendor reliance, increase operational flexibility, and confidently scale Breakthroughs year after year.
